Please take the time to read before booking, it should help smooth the way......

If you can use a large screen to book, do so. Most questions or errors arise from mobile phone bookings with small screens or mislaid glasses. So for a mobile booker...please read and digest.

Select your date from the booking calendar.

If you can't see an item for example Pods. That means they are fully booked during the period you have selected. Trying other dates for availability is the only solution. No....I don't take bribes or evict other tenants.

Camper vans- caravans - motorhomes - vehicles with roof tents: please select hardstand with electric hook up. [For hardstand customers who do not need electric; send an e-mail explaining this and we will deduct the £5.00 charge per night from your booking.]

Vehicles are not to park or pitch on the grass, we do not allow people to 'live out of their cars', or park near the tent for the duration of their stay. 

Once you have made your selection, click on the amount of pitches you need. If you are a group or large number please take time to read our group booking policy. Please inform us of your group's intentions, failure to do so could result in us refusing entry.

Select the number of adults from the drop down box in the centre. Once activated, another drop down box appears asking for the number of children along with their ages.

You can now click onto the Blue 'Reserve' button.

Please note the information on the next page and then input your guest's details. There is a no pets policy for our static caravans, the remainder of the site is "dog on a lead" friendly.

Card details: put them in and submit. There is no instant payment, your booking is now in place and reserved. You receive an e-mail with your summary explaining 'No payment has been taken.' Don't fret, your booking is in place. We receive encrypted payment details. Depending on our schedule it can take up to 48 hours to process manually. We send an e-mail confirming payment. Once all the details are in the system, you are booked. Please be aware that during peak times, payment may take a little longer.

Make a note of our cancellation policy. Cancellations closer than two weeks prior to your date cannot be refunded.
